We are so happy to be able to provide grooming services to our furry friends during this time! We have implemeneted some policies to keep our staff and clients as safe as possible during the COVID-19 outbreak.  

PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THE SALON

-Our Bubbles Away groomers have found that our furry family are not fond of masks.  It is very hard to help our canine companians feel at ease during the grooming process if we are masked.  It is also very difficult to keep our masks hair free during grooming. We are lucky to be family owned and operated and have made the decision to groom in the salon without masks.  For this reason, we are keeping the salon closed to the public. We will, however, be masked while bringing your pet inside for the grooming process, and any time we are interacting with pet parents.

-We will not be performing any walk in services during this time.  Any service provided in the salon must also be accompanied by a bath.

-PLEASE DO NOT COME INTO THE SALON. A Bubbles Away staff member will meet you at the door to walk your pet inside on a leash. If you are not greeted at the door right away, please step in front of our window, where we have a camera set up to let us know that you have arrived.  Staff members will be wearing masks during this part of the procedure, and we require that clients do the same.

-When your pet is ready, we will call you for pickup.  We can gather your credit card payment over the phone at this time, or give you the amount of cash that will be due at pickup. Please come to the door to gather your beautifully groomed fur baby!
